PUSD students who have been issued a citation, or who have been arrested, charged with or convicted of a criminal offense.
Involvement with the juvenile justice system does not have a time limit. As an example, a student may receive Prop 47 services if he/she had involvement with the juvenile justice system one year ago.
Mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment are priorities for this population.
Students who receive services may be referred by PUSD staff members, law enforcement, juvenile courts, Probation, self-referrals and/or family member referral.
